Diversity Leadership Council 

Like our Women’s Leadership Council, our Diversity Council is comprised of passionate leaders from across the nation volunteering their time and energy to set inclusion and diversity goals and plans action to implement them.

Each member of the council was first nominated by a field leader, reviewed by senior leadership and ultimately appointed by Richard Dugas, our CEO.

Leadership Accountability
This subgroup is focused on working with our senior leaders to establish measurement and review systems that keep managers and employees engaged, accountable and cognizant of the importance of inclusion and diversity to the success and sustainability to our business.

Training and Awareness
This subgroup is actively engaged in driving a multi-year, all-employee "Managing Inclusion" Awareness training initiative.

Communication
