Since most baby Boomers are currently in the workforce and many still have children living at home, they are clearly a driving force in our housing market. At Pulte, they are also a driving force within our employee population. Seeing as the median age of which this generation plans to stop working is 70 (but over a quarter say they will never really retire!) we see our Boomers as a competitive advantage for years to come and chose this month to celebrate the many accomplishments they bring to Pulte Homes.

When it comes to “baby boomers”, it doesn’t get much better than the Pulte team in Ocala, Florida! The team photographed here represents an entire decade of strong commitment and passion for what we do as a homebuilder. Almost half of this group has been around since the original Del Webb days and they pride themselves on the fact that they perfectly mirror the targeted consumer groups (TCGs) on which the Del Webb model is based. Like the wonderful homeowners they serve, this team proves that age is only a number when you’re living the dream!
