Since most baby Boomers are currently in the workforce and many still have children living at home, they are clearly a driving force in our housing market. At Pulte, they are also a driving force within our employee population. Seeing as the median age of which this generation plans to stop working is 70 (but over a quarter say they will never really retire!) we see our Boomers as a competitive advantage for years to come and chose this month to celebrate the many accomplishments they bring to Pulte Homes.

Meet Bobbie Jeanne Williams, a Sales Associate in a Pulte Homes Del Webb community in Northern California. Bobbie was nominated by Pulte Homes, Sacramento-Reno Division, as a candidate for the Building Industry Assocaition Rookie of the year honors. She was delighted to learn at the annual award banquet in April that she was given this prestigious honor. After catching her breath she raised the award and stated confidently, "Receiving this award is proof that at age 55 and better you can conquer the fear of change and embrace a new adventure."
