This is the month to recognize the power of inclusion and to honor the diversity that surrounds us every day. This month encourages us to gain a deeper understanding of our cultural differences, and to recognize the significant life events of others. At Pulte, we have even more to celebrate as April is also when the first meeting of our Diversity and Women's Councils occured in 2006.

Formed in October 2007, the Texas Inclusion Council’s (TIC) mission is to foster an inclusive culture that recognizes the value and competitive advantage of our diverse workforce. We embrace the strengths of our differences and encourage involvement of all employees, thus realizing our full potential, not only as an Area, but also as individuals. The Council meets on a regular basis throughout the year to review initiatives, and works closely with Division and Area Leadership on the implementation of our said goals. The Council is made of members of each of the four Divisions in Texas (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio).
