This month highlights mentoring and the positive impact it can have on lives everywhere. This outreach campaign focuses national attention on the need for mentors and how people everywhere can work together to increase the number of mentors and assure brighter futures for our young people. Workplace mentoring programs create employee loyalty, increase productivity and build stronger ties between organizations and communities.

Meet Misha. At Pulte Homes, we have built a culture around mentoring and believe mentoring is a cornerstone for creating an inclusive environment where all employees can reach their full potential. Misha Nasr, an Ocala, Florida Sales Associate is currently mentoring four young professionals using our Critical Path Sales Training method. Misha says “Pulte’s dedication to hiring and retaining top talent, and the continued cultivation of effective mentor and development programs will allow us to continue to grow as a leader in the homebuilding industry.”
