Recruiting Outreach & Sponsorships

We believe our investment in education and internships makes a difference - it is good for the individual student, the school, the community and the social and economic well-being of our country.  It helps us to build strong relationships with tomorrow's leadership… and hopefully future Pulte Homeowners… today.

To serve our customers, we need to have a work force that reflects the diversity of the communities where we live, work and play.  In order to recruit a more diverse work force, we need to ensure that women, minorities and people with disabilities are better represented at colleges and universities around the country.  We are also taking a more direct approach to promote awareness of and interest in careers in the Residential Homebuilding Industry, and Pulte Homes specifically, through challenging and rewarding internships.  It is our way of giving back, with a keen eye toward the future!

LOFT Team Builders Program
Pulte is a proud sponsor of the LOFT (Latinos On The Fast Track) Teambuilders Program in partnership with the Homebuilders Institute and the Hispanic Heritage Foundation. This summer LOFT interns from varying majors and different universities through out the United States will experience the excitement and energy of working the homebuilding industry first hand. LOFT Interns will be strategically placed into functional roles where they can test their knowledge and expand their horizons. Pulte Homes embraces the LOFT model because it matches key skill sets like risk taking, innovation and leadership with our business strategy to ensure these high potential students have a rewarding and successful work experience.
